Description
The Chapel at Saint Malo is built on a granite outcropping with Mount Meeker in the background. Monsignor Joseph Bosetti saw a meteor land near this spot in 1916. When he saw the beauty of the area and the granite outcropping, he decided to build his church upon this rock.
In1993, Pope John Paul II visited the Chapel during his visit to Denver for the World Youth Day conference. He bestowed his blessing upon this chapel.
